How can I compare Owala items?

Product images and the live selectors show the choices offered for each listing, such as capacity, color, size, style or material. The assortment covers hydration and coffee drinkware, bags, pet products, care tools and replacement components.

How long does delivery take?

Preparation generally uses 1–2 business days after payment authorization. The carrier estimate is then 4–6 business days from dispatch, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Any delivery charge is displayed in checkout; tracking help is described in the Shipping Policy.

Are returns and exchanges available?

Yes. A qualifying new defective or non-defective item may be returned, and an exchange may be requested, within 30 days after delivery. Non-defective goods must be unused and in original condition. Obtain approval before mailing with the free prepaid label enclosed in the parcel. There is no restocking fee.
